We are expanding our network of clients and are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager who is passionate about driving complex CAPEX initiatives from concept to completion. If you are motivated by delivering high-impact projects in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you.
Key responsabilities
Take full ownership of CAPEX projects throughout all lifecycle phases—from initial planning to final handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and progress reporting.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, procurement, finance, quality, and operations.
Ensure project activities meet established timelines, budgets, and scope requirements.
Conduct risk analyses and implement mitigation actions proactively.
Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Oversee compliance with internal standards as well as safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
Steer effective collaboration across departments to maintain project alignment.
Facilitate workshops, coordination meetings, and project reviews to drive progress.
Knowledge and Experience
A relevant technical or scientific background (e.g., engineering, chemistry, or similar). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Project management certification such as PMI/PMP or equivalent (advantageous but not mandatory).
Demonstrated success leading CAPEX projects—ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, construction, or other regulated industries.
Strong command of project management methodologies and digital tools.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards typical for highly regulated sectors (e.g., pharma, biotech, food, veterinary).
More than 10 years of experience overseeing complex technical projects.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
